• Free Shipping: Many of our mattresses can be shipped directly to your door at no additional cost, giving you a hassle-free option for quick and easy delivery.
• Full-Service Delivery Experience: Prefer a hands-off approach? Our professional, well-trained delivery team is here to handle it all. We’ll deliver your new mattress, set it up in your home, and even take care of removing your old mattress.*

At Mattress Lab, we aim to get it right the first time with our expert guidance and ZzzMatch™ system, but we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. That’s why we offer a Comfort Trial and Exchange Policy for select brands to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. Here’s how it works: (available on select brands, see store for details)Guidelines: 

• Adjustment Period: Sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust. 
• Mattress Protector: To qualify, a mattress protector must be purchased with your mattress and used throughout the trial. 
• One-Time Exchange: You’re eligible for a one-time exchange for a mattress of equal or greater value.
• Restocking Fee: A $249 fee applies and will be deducted or charged at the time of exchange.
• Condition: The mattress must be in excellent condition, free of damage or stains.
